Medical examinations are by advance reservation only.
Please follow the steps below for arranging your medical examination

STEP1: Preparing your appointment

  • Before making call with us, you must get a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE from the website of the Belgium Embassy.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday(excluding National Holidays)

Cautions
  • We endeavor to send "Physical Examination Certificate" and "Medical Certificate" by post within 14-21 working days.
  • Females are advised not to schedule their medical examination during their menstruation period.
  • If you are pregnant or at risk of becoming pregnant, make sure to let us know in advance.
  • Minors(Under 16yrs) must be accompanied by their parent or by a legal guardian.

STEP3: Submitting a registration form online

* Please make an appointment by telephone before submitting a registration form.
* An online registration form must be submitted within 48hours of booking.
STEP4: On the day of the checkup

You may not be able to have a medical examination if you forget to bring the followings or if you are late for the exam.
Please call us if you will be late.

What to bring
  • Specified　"MEDICAL CERTIFICATE"　※Applicant's information should be filled in the form in advance.
  • Your valid passport( A copy is not acceptable.)
  • Your glasses or contact lenses if you use them (For 5yrs and over)
Cautions
  • Drink a lot of fluid for urinary test.
  • Please do NOT eat from 3.5 hours before the reserved time for blood test. Only water allowed.
  • Females having a menstruation on the day of the exam must change your appointment. Please call us for rebooking.
  • Bring a mother-child handbook for under 3yrs.(if capable.)
STEP5: Mail to your home

"Physical Examination Certificate" and "Medical Certificate" will be mailed to the applicant's home.

  • We will contact you by phone if a significant health condition is identified.
